How Comonic collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information.

Last updated: June 23, 2026

Who we are

Comonic (“Comonic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI consulting, training, certification, and related services through comonic.org (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you create an account, contact us, book an AI Audit or workshop, take the free assessment, or enroll in a course, we collect details such as your name, email address, company, business type, the messages you send us, and your assessment responses.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly. We receive limited details such as a confirmation, amount, and the email used at checkout.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar usage information, including through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details and controls.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
  • Process bookings, enrollments, payments, and deliver reports or certificates;
  • Respond to your inquiries and send service-related communications;
  • Protect against fraud, spam, and abuse, and keep the Services secure;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your inquiries to train AI models.

Service providers and sharing

We share information with trusted vendors who process data on our behalf, only as needed to run the Services:

  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery;
  • Neon — managed database for accounts and records;
  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • Resend — transactional and notification email;
  • Cloudflare — spam protection (Turnstile) and network security;
  • Calendly — scheduling assessment and follow-up calls;
  • Anthropic — AI model provider used for optional AI-assisted analysis.

We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Comonic and others. If Comonic is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices regularly. Learn more in our Trust Center.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing — including rights under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@comonic.org. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

International users

We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.

Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes may be communicated through the Services.
